Rehab founded FEKRA Consulting in 2014, and has worked with a multitude of clients, including Egyptian family-owned businesses and reputable development organizations, to help them restructure and better align their business practices to strengthen their position as key players in their fields.

With nearly 25 years of experience, Rehab began her career in business consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers Middle East (“PwC”).  As Senior Manager at PwC, she led teams that formulated and delivered corporate strategy advice to many organizations, including investment and holding companies, government institutions, and private companies working in different economic sectors, to help reposition themselves as leaders in their respective industries.

Rehab also worked with numerous investors in making market entry or expansion decisions in the Egyptian market, based on thorough and fact-based market analyses.  In addition, she successfully managed and delivered assignments for large development organizations, including the UNDP, UNOPS, UNAIDS, World Bank, and IFC.

After nearly 15 years at PwC, Rehab established FEKRA Consulting and has since proudly helped many local businesses and organizations improve their performance and profitability with measurable results.  Under Rehab’s leadership, FEKRA Consulting has grown to be one of the most effective strategy consulting companies serving Egyptian, family-owned enterprises by offering a unique service proposition and value-adding strategic consulting services.

Working intimately with each client, Rehab and her team use an intensive, hands-on approach to analyze and assess the client’s operations and business to identify areas for improvement.  Following the comprehensive assessment, Rehab and her team formulize and present their customized, strategic solutions to the client, provide practical implementation support, and follow up regularly to ensure the project’s ongoing progress and success, even after its completion.

Rehab obtained her Masters of Business Administration from Warwick Business School, UK in 2012, and received her Bachelor of Business Administration with High Honors from the American University in Cairo.
