Organization Strategy Formulation

FEKRA Consulting uses a unique methodology to formulate the strategies and long-term plans of development organizations, utilizing the concepts of the balanced scorecard, modified and tweaked, to fit the unique mandates of our development clients, and the specific nature of the sector they serve.  We apply business tools and frameworks to make giving and social actions more results-oriented, effective, efficient, and sustainable.

Project or Program Evaluation

We deploy global best practices in the field of monitoring and evaluation to undertake in-depth final evaluations of projects or programs.  We design the quantitative and qualitative methods of the evaluation, undertake data collection, analyze findings, identify lessons learned, and provide recommendations for both the donor and recipient organizations to guide future programming.

Special Assignments

On selective basis, we are able to undertake specific assignments with donor or NGO organizations based upon a client’s request and the required technical expertise, whereby we can work on proposal formulation, resource mobilization, needs assessments, or baseline studies.
